Honoring the Sacrifice: Operation Salute Spotlight

Julie Albertson, Director, Federal Accounts, works hard to ensure veterans are recognized for their service and sacrifice. “Co-leading Operation Salute is important because it provides the opportunity to pay homage to our veteran and National Guard/Reservist employees,” said Albertson. “For those looking to get more involved, I would recommend attending your local Veterans Day parades, visiting a veterans’ home or stopping by a local VFW to help honor those who have worked to keep all of us safe."

Portrait of Sean Shumaker

Sean Shumaker, Associate Director, Business Process Excellence, works to include the voices of employees who are actively serving in the National Guard or Reserves. “I work to represent the best interests of not only veterans and their families but also our Alkermes team members who are currently serving,” said Shumaker. “Amplifying their voices to help create positive change is critical."
