Nancy L. Snyderman, M.D.
Dr. Snyderman is an oncologic surgeon and clinical researcher with expertise in head and neck cancer. Dr. Snyderman has held faculty appointments at the University of California-San Francisco, University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University. She is a Kellogg Fellow, Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, and co-founder of the Stanford University-NBC News Global Media Fellowship.In addition to her surgical career, Dr. Snyderman formerly worked for Johnson & Johnson as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and for GE's Healthymagination initiatives, creating online curricula for physicians and patients and working on technology solutions to global health challenges. For more than 30 years, Dr. Snyderman was an Emmy award-winning medical journalist at ABC and NBC News. She is a New York Times best-selling author and currently lives in Montana. Dr. Snyderman currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Axonics, Inc., a medical device company, and Lyra Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage therapeutics company.
